Villa Nea is really well- equiped with all usefull equipment. Swimming pool was also great. Wi-fi network was working fine all the time.

Schönes Haus, nahe am Wasser. Klimaanlage. Saubere und schöne Zimmer.

Tolles Haus, die Bilder sind genauso wie es im Echt aussieht. Sehr ruhige Lage, vielleicht fast zu ruhig.

This is a fantastic villa with great facilities and fantastic support from the owners. We had a group of 11 adults and there was more than enough room and things to do within. It is in a fairly remote location so you aren't going to upset any neighbors but you will need to have a car as there's not a lot within walking distance. I would definitely recommend it to others

This villa has all you need. Kitchen has enough dishes and cutlery, dishwasher, washing machine, grill place, nice swimming pool. Each room has its own toliet and shower booth. Bed mattress was ok to sleep well. There is a small shop in few steps. Big market is 10 minutes to drive. Sand beach in 5 minutes walk and it was nice for playing with kids. Warm as it is and not deep at all. Owner's family is very kind and lives next door so you can get help easily. Really recommend this... Seungah H., July 31st, 2021

Wir waren zu 10. in der Villa Daisy (5 Paare) und es war sehr schön. Das Poolhaus mit einer eigenen Küche und einem riesigen Tisch war perfekt, so dass man das eigentliche Haus nur zum Schalfen und Duschen genutzt hat. Dank des großen Pools und andere Möglichenkeiten sich zu beschäftigen (Tischtennis und Billard), wurde einem nie langweilig. Die Ortschaft Biograd ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und bietet zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. Lidl).... Jens Bachmann, August 27th, 2019

Bien situé pour l'accès à la ville et aux plages. Propriétaire disponible. Four à Peka. Jardin potager avec des tomates introuvables en magasin. Table de pingpong un peu vieillisante mais fonctionnel Balade à pieds nombreuses dans la campagne immédiate. Avis très positif sur l'ensemble!

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen mit sehr netten Gastgebern!

Villa Teuta was lovely and clean with everything we needed, the pool was great and we made use of the table tennis table. The villa is about 15 minutes walk from two beaches both of which are pebble beaches. The villa is about a 25 minute walk from Zadar Old Town, but it is worth the walk, especially to see the sunset. We also visited the town of Nin and the national park of Krka, both worth a visit. My only criticism would be there was no information pack in the villa, that would be useful.... We stayed one week at Villa Kate, and it was amazing! The four bedrooms are very nice, and with the four bathrooms, it felt like staying in a hotel! Although the weather wasn’t great, we still enjoyed the villa’s incredible amenities: the pool, the soccer/basketball/badminton court (!), table tennis, and more. It was a lot of fun! (Note: the court will eventually be shared with a new villa, but for now, that villa doesn’t exist yet, so we had all the facilities to ourselves... Matt Juillet, September 23rd, 2024

We were a group of friends and family who stayed at Villa Royal Promons, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The villa offered stunning views, a fantastic pool, and a comfortable house. Its location, away from close neighbors, provided us with a serene and private atmosphere. Markos was exceptionally friendly, always promptly answering our questions and providing support throughout our stay. Nur unweit vom Ortskern liegt dieses schöne Haus in dem sich Gross und Klein wohlfühlen kann Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Very nice villa in a perfect location, with very helpful and accommodating hosts. We loved our stay and would recommend it highly 5/5.

This holiday was amazing, the hosts were brilliant communicators, they looked after us so well. The house was very clean, very well equipped and there was many extra touches. The Hosts were the best we have encountered. They helped us find restaurants, local events, book things, they even made us breakfast on a couple of occasions. I would wholeheartedly recommend this villa. We were made to feel very welcome and I cannot recomend this accomodation enough!

Great villa, very private but also very close to the center of Zadar. The house is of good quality and it has all one needs to enjoy a restful vacation. Tomislav is a great host! Very responsive, reliable and generous!

Everything you’d ever want in a home away from home. Quiet neighborhood, every convenience of home in the kitchen, close to everything, pool, and cherry trees! Kiddos loved the swings and picking cherries for break every morning. There are a lot of stairs in the house but we spent almost all of our time outside that it was never an issue for our kiddos.
