it is really nice and calm place. we had private on the beach. host was so kind and hospitable. we were happy for our stay in villa and we definitely want to come again. :)

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Freunden im Alter von 20 Jahren 10 Nächte in der Villa. Der Vermieter war super. Er kam zur Übergabe und ging mit uns kurz das Haus durch. Danach ließ er uns unsere Privatsphäre und kündigte sich immer frühzeitig an, wenn er zum Poolreinigen kam (nur 2 mal in den 11 Tagen). Eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser

Wir waren zu fünft in den Ferienhaus und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt,.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief reibungslos. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und der Pool war sehr sehr toll. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem wir uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern und umpfangreich ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten uns jederzeit mit jedem Anliegen an den Eigentümer Toni wenden, der immer hilsbereit war. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in Zadar und auch die Nationalparks Paklenica, Plitvice und Krka sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Haus und einen... Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Gerade die Draußen Anlage mit Pool und großem außen Bereich hat uns sehr gefallen. Außerdem ist sie mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann. Wir waren zu 7 in der Unterkunft und es war schon recht klein also für 8 Personen würde ich es nicht empfehlen da die Schlafmöglichkeiten dafür einfach nicht ausreichen. Es gab leider nur eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer wodurch es in den Schlafzimmern... Kim H,

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Villa Grapes! Schöner Pool, 7 Schlafzimmer mit Bad, Tischtennisplatte! Perfekt für eine große Gruppe :)

It is a fantastic house with a great pool! We enjoyed it every minute. Everything you need is available. Zadar is closeby. Every morning we bought bread at a nearby bakery. A small supermarket is nearby (only cross the road). The photo’s reflect the reality. I highly recommend this accodmodation.

We really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation. The house is super clean and spacious, with a nice pool and warm whirlpool. There is plenty of space in the garden and around the house to play games, read books, lay In the sun, etc, even for 7 people. Supermarkets are only 5 minutes by foot while Zadar city is around 45 minutes away. However, Uber drives you there for small money.

Ani und Henri haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat während unseres Aufenthaltes zur Seite. Der Check-In ebenso wie der Check-Out gestalteten sich als äußerst unkompliziert und beide haben alle Einrichtungen der Villa ausführlich gezeigt. Wir (Familie mit drei Kindern) sind zum wiederholten Mal in der Villa Val und sind jedes Mal hellauf begeistert. Die Villa ist topp eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl und der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist einfach wunderbar. Zentral gelegen erreichen wir alles fußläufig, sei es der Strand von Diklo oder die nächst gelegenen Restaurants. Die Gastgeber sind absolut liebenswürdig und sehr serviceorientiert, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Så er du på jakt etter fred og ro med alle fasilitetene for deg selv tar du og låner hele huset. 4 nede i egen leilighet fordelt på 2 soverom. og 6 mann oppe men da er det sovesofa eller som vi gjorde. bruk en luftmadrass på det store soverommet og plasser barna der.... The whole property was absolutely amazing. I have never been at holiday home which was so well equipped! Everything you need is there: place to grill, big swimming pool and even an old tavern which was kind of attraction for us. Mirko who is the host is very nice and friendly. It was clean, beautiful and what is the most important, our kids have lot of space to play and rub with no option to be bored. Amazing place for families withs kids as well as for a group of friends :)

The Villa is very quiet a bit outside of the center. Beautiful, spacious outdoor area with front and back terrace + sitting area (large dining table) right in front of the house - sea view ️. There are enough umbrellas, umbrellas and seat/lounge chairs (some in the garden shed). The barbecue area is well laid out and has a very convenient outdoor sink and a lot of counter space all around. This is the perfect house for a stay in Zadar. A big pool and a clean and tidy house. Would recommend for everyone!

Der Aufbau vom Haus, die Atmosphäre.. einfach alles war Top. Leider hat bei uns die nächtliche Beleuchtung am Pool gefehlt, aber sonst war es einfach traumhaft und entspannt. So viele Möglichkeiten hat man in dieser Villa.
