Rymlig villa som motsvarade våra förväntningar. Välstädat och bra ordning i köken, även om viss köksutrustning saknades. Värden var vänlig och mycket lätt att ha att göra med, enkel att få kontakt med. Flexibel incheckningstid, vi kom fram sent på kvällen men detta var inga problem.

Prva klasa!!! We were thrilled as soon as we arrived: Everything is modern, stylish, and furnished with great attention to detail. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and nothing was lacking. What's special, however, are the landlords. It is rare to receive such a warm, attentive, and hospitable welcome. Drinks were already waiting for us in the refrigerator upon arrival. I celebrated my 30th birthday during our stay. I was surprised with a birthday cake, which I was incredibly happy about. This gesture showed me how much heart the landlords put into welcoming their guests. As a parting gift, they even gave us a bag with various oils and schnapps. Throughout the entire stay, everything was lovingly cared for. The pool was cleaned and the landlords repeatedly checked to see if everything was alright and if we needed anything. You immediately notice that hospitality here is not just a word, but a way of life. For us, this accommodation was an absolute stroke of luck and a big part of an unforgettable holiday. We would come back anytime. Absolute recommendation!

We had a wonderful week in Nin! The house was exactly as described – clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s divided into two apartments, which was very practical and comfortable for our group. The garden, pool, and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing, and the gate around the property made it feel very safe for the children. The location was excellent, with shops nearby and an amazing bakery just around the corner that we enjoyed every day. The beach and town center were also easy to reach. The host was very welcoming, quick to respond, and made us feel at home. We can warmly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Das Haus verfügt über 2 große geräumige Wohnungen die jeweils top ausgestattet sind. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der makellose Zustand und die Sauberkeit von Haus, Pool und Garten! Fußläufig ist alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht erreichbar (Bäckerei, Restaurants, Zentrum,Strände, etc.) Wer es etwas ruhiger haben möchte steigt ins Auto und erreicht in ca 15 Minuten ruhigere Strände mit keiner Infrastruktur. Marko ist ein sehr unkomplizierter Gastgeber und ist jederzeit erreichbar! Wir waren 13 Personen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen! The villa is really great. Everything beautiful, new and clean. The photos match the facts. The host is a nice gentleman. He also gave us a gift when we left. There are three beaches in the area. About a 20 minute walk but really great. Zaton beach suited us the most. We really appreciated the pool in the villa.We'd go back again. I really recommend the villa.

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit 2 seperaten Wohnungen, perfekt für Familien oder große Gruppen! Perfekte Lage: Bäcker, Restaurant und kleineres Geschäft sind direkt über die Straße, größere supermärkte (Plodine, konzum) ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar! Zum Strand oder in die Innenstadt ist man in 10 Minuten gelaufen. Nun zum Haus... Es ist top modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Jede Wohnung ist für exakt 7 Personen eingerichtet (Teller, Gläser,besteck) und verfügt zusätzlich über eine Kaffeemaschine, Microwelle, Wasserkocher und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Es sind auch genügend Töpfe vorhanden sowie Grillutensilien für den Steingrill im Garten. Der Außenbereich lässt ebenfalls nichts zum wünschen übrig! Neben dem Grill befindet sich ein kleiner Lounge Bereich. Für die Kinder gibt es eine tolle Schaukel mit Rutsche, ein Trampolin und sogar einen Sandkasten mit Spielsachen. Der Poolbereich ist ebenfalls super! Es ist ein Babybecken direkt angrenzend am großen Pool, es sind genügen Liegen mit Polster vorhanden und es gibt eine Außendusche! Zudem befindet sich dort ein Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche, das nur vom Poolbereich aus zugänglich ist. Zu guter Letzt noch zum Vermieter: ein sehr freundlicher Mensch, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit! Hier kommen wir immer wieder sehr gerne her, das war nicht unserer letztes Mal!
