Tout d’abord la villa est encore plus jolie en réalité qu’en photo. Confortable et très bien aménagée, elle loge sans problèmes 9 personnes. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces, détails de décoration et surtout belle et’grande piscine. Ein wunderschönes Land-Grundstück, sehr schöner Pool und ein perfekter Ort für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Aber alles noch übertroffen von den sehr netten Besitzern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Great location, towels, kitchen utensils etc all available for cooking indoors, pool was fabulous and deeper than expected.

Schöner kann ein Feriendomizil nicht sein. Top Ausstattung, toller Pool, kurze Wege zum Einkauf, super Strände, grandioses Wasser!

The house was very spacious with a great variety of accommodations. The location was also very nice, it is close to the supermarket and the center of town. Taking one of the bikes on top of the hills is also a must. The view is amazing.

We spent a relaxing holiday in this villa. We were 3 families. Our kids enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and the table tennis while we had time for relaxing and having dinners using the marvelous bbq. Thanks to Vanja, always kind and available.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Villa Nikolina. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, es war alles blitzblank und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nikolina und ihre Familie waren tolle Vermieter. Danke für eine tolle Zeit, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Nothing to complain about. A very nicely decorated house. Spacious and clean swimming pool. Everything is there for a successful holiday (towels, sheets, washing machine, the kitchen is practically furnished and decent kitchen equipment is provided). The neighbors regularly supplied us with fresh vegetables from their garden and we were even treated to pastries. The house is centrally located to many tourist attractions. Recommended!

An amazing host. Doesn’t speak much English but showed good hospitality is a universal language. The host made the experience easily one of our best stays. The house, the pool, the everything!

Het huis is geweldig. Van alle luxe voorzien. Zowel binnen als buiten. De bedden zijn erg comfortabel Met 6 personen is het heerlijk om 2 badkamers te hebben. Het is een heerlijk zwembad en een heerlijke tuin om in te bbq -en. Het hout etc voor de bbq was volop aanwezig. De ligging is perfect. Het zit op loopafstand van strand, supermarkt en het oude centrum van Zadar. Er is een eigen parkeergelegenheid. Het contact met de host is prettig via korte lijnen. This property is suitable for different age groups. There are lots of activities you can enjoy doing in the garden. You can swim, play ping pong, badminton, have fun in the trampoline... We also greatly appreciated the warm welcome from the owners.

Immer gerne wieder was will man noch mehr dazu sagen.

We had a wonderful ten days staying at Villa Marija. The villa is well located between Zadar to the south and the Paklenica national park to the north. Poličnik itself is quiet but there are two small supermarkets and a pharmacy within walking distance. The surrounding area is full of lovely restaurants and lots of interesting places to visit. Lovely villa. Beautiful beach with Crystal clear water very close. Owners are very nice and happy to help.

The villa offers an unique experience, a natural stone and wood house with individual character, an exclusive pool and a huge garden full of olive trees, wine, paprika, tomatoes and much more. The guests are allowed to take fruits from the garden. The owner respects the privacy, they always ask for allowance in advance before they enter the estate to manage the garden. They are very kind and try to help in any matter.

We were staying at Vesna's and Mladen's house for 2 weeks in the july 2019 and it was the perfect surrounding for an active vacation. We came there with 3 couples and found a house in the typical rustic / country-style of croatia. Everything was very clean, modern and was working fine. The pool was clean, the lights worked fine. Bereits die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief leicht & sehr freundlich. Das Haus hat einen gehobenen Standard, ist fast vollständig (außer WCs & Küchen) klimatisiert & Tomislav, der Eigentümer, immer zur Stelle bzw. mit wertvollen Tipps für Insider Lokale perfekt.
