Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa, es ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Schöner Ausblick in die Ferne! Zu beachten ist, dass die Villa sehr abgelegen liegt, ohne Auto nicht empfehlenswert (zum nächsten Strand ca. 30 Minuten, nächster Supermarkt ca 10 Minuten entfernt.) Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub :)

Wir hatten vom 12.-18.Mai für 6 Tage die Villa Fenix im Rahmen eines Workshops gebucht. Das Haus ist relativ schnell von der Schnellstraße aus zu erreichen und liegt ein wenig abseits im Ort Donje Biljane, aber dafür in relativer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit, also genaus das Richtige, wenn man es ein wenig abgelegen haben möchte. Wir waren 7 Personen und verbrachten 6 Nächte in der Villa und es war wirklich toll. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und der Eigentümer hat sich Zeit genommen, uns alles zu zeigen. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmer sind alle ausreichend gross – Klimageräte gibt es im Schlafzimmer im obersten Geschoss und im Wohnzimmer. Villa was gorgeous, clean, pool table, beer fridge and everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. We spent very little time inside the villa as the out door seating area was *the* place to hang out. The large table next to the pool is shaded all day and is a perfect place to eat, read, play card games, chat and honestly the real luxury of being able to be outside without the sun burn. We had a great time at villa Smilje. The house looked exactly like the pictures and we had good contact with the hosts and got help quickly when we needed. I would definitely recommend.

Wir waren im August für zwei Wochen mit zwei Familien in dieser wunderschönen und nagelneuen Villa und waren wirklich zufrieden. Da steht eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit riesiger Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi und extra Weinkühler, die Außenküche hat einen Jamie Oliver Gasgrill, es gibt einen großen TV, ein Zimmer mit Playstation, Dart etc., eine große Bosebox zum Streamen von Musik drinnen und draußen, einen Pool mit Außendusche, der... Great holiday villa with heated pool

The place was lovely. It was a quiet spot, about 20 mins from Zadar, and close to another few towns. 3 good bedrooms, tv with satellite, kitchen with cooking utensils, and fine big bathroom. As nice as the place was, the hosts were better. Welcoming, super friendly, and incredibly helpful and responsive, they made our stay a pleasure. Thank you Marina and Vedran for being such great hosts.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The villa is finished to a very impressive standard. The owners have really thought of everything. It is even more amazing than the photos, we really couldn’t believe our luck when we arrived! The pool and outdoor area is beautiful, the pool is heated so lovely for a swim and the garden and outdoor seating areas are beautiful. We didn’t use the outdoor oven but a lovely touch. We had a lovely stay at Villa Nebesi. The property is very modern and was very clean and well kept. The views are stunning and the pool warm and inviting The best feature was the location, as long as you are after peace and quiet. All you could hear was the occasional cockerel or tractor going past. That said, it was close to the sea and shops. Heel mooie vakantie in de buurt van Zadar beleefd. De villa is zeer rustig gelegen in een klein dorpje, doch vlakbij de zee en gezellige dorpjes. Alles was aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf met in het bijzonder het heel warm onthaal. Een aanrader voor gezinnen

The house is beautiful and has plenty of space. We were 6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 babies. On arrival we were shown the house and Mrs Ines was very friendly and had arranged for us to have a baby cot. The old town is about 7 minutes by car. There are enough shopping options nearby. We really enjoyed the time. Pool and hot tub are also clean and nice. In all, we were very satisfied and will book the house more often in the future. Thank you for the nice stay

The villa was incredible, hosts were lovely, and I am very happy to recommend this villa! The rooms were perfectly sized and the outdoor area was great, we bbq’d every night!

Tolle Lage da es ein bisschen abseits ist. Man hat seine Ruhe und ist trotzdem in 5 Minuten zu Fuß beim Meer. Nach Zadar fährt man cirka 30 Minuten und kann dort die tolle Stadt mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten erleben. Das Haus selber war sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet, inklusive tollem Fitnesskeller und top gepflegten Pool. Alles an Ausstattung was man benötigt ist vorhanden in diesem Haus.

It was a beautiful house with an amazing pool and just a 7 minute drive to the ocean. The owner was very nice and the neighbours were amazing ; )

Prachtige villa, zeer compleet uitgerust, mooi zwembad in een verzorgde tuin en jacuzzi op het dakterras. Kleine, maar fijne supermarkt in de straat.

We spent a great time in a beautiful, modern and well equipped villa (fully air-conditioned) in a very quiet village (about 25 minutes - by car - from Zadar city. Apart from the spacious terrace with various chairs and loungers, the pool and the huge fig tree, the outdoor kitchen is the absolute highlight. Fully furnished, including a BBQ and a large table, this was the central area of everyday life. The landlord family lives right next door, was very friendly and took excellent care of us.... Wir hatten im Sommer 2022 eine tolle Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus!!! Die Villa war super sauber, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Lucija war die beste Gastgeberin, die wir je bei einem Ferienhaus hatten und dafür nochmal ganz herzlichen Dank. Den Empfang kann man sich nicht besser vorstellen, denn sogar die Erstverpflegung im Kühlschrank war bereits vorhanden. Das Haus war komplett ausgestattet mit Seifenspendern in allen Bädern/WCs....
