What an amazing Villa, exactly as described, spotlessly clean. We were by met by owners Marinko and Anna who explained everything and were on hand for the whole stay. The view and the hottub went well with bottle wine left for us. Found a fabulous breakfast place really close, so reasonably priced. First day we walked from the villa to Zadar, but there are regular buses, beautiful place. Beach is at the bottom of the road with a few shops and few good restaurants. Villa, location and service... It is a fantastic house with a great pool! We enjoyed it every minute. Everything you need is available. Zadar is closeby. Every morning we bought bread at a nearby bakery. A small supermarket is nearby (only cross the road). The photo’s reflect the reality. I highly recommend this accodmodation.

We were staying at Vesna's and Mladen's house for 2 weeks in the july 2019 and it was the perfect surrounding for an active vacation. We came there with 3 couples and found a house in the typical rustic / country-style of croatia. Everything was very clean, modern and was working fine. The pool was clean, the lights worked fine. All airconditioners worked. The kitchen was equipped very well, for us as we prefer to cook ourselves. The houses location is perfect for visiters who want... Till Brinkmann, 19. 2019.

We came to Villa Oak around 2PM. Even it was before arrival time we were welcomed with big smile by Vesna and her family. The first impressi­on of house? Gorgeous, great, clean, with pool, big kitchen with fireplace :) With one word: awesome! We've received also welcome gift: full fridge of food: chee­s, ham, watermelons, melons, grapes, jui­ce - all delicious :) And also wine - be­st of the best.

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Tea war sehr gut. Leider konnte man sich aus Termingründen nicht persönlich kennen lernen, aber alles hat ganz wunderbar via Whats App funktioniert. Der Schlüssel wurde hinterlegt und beim Auschecken dürften wir sogar noch bis zum Nachmittag im Haus bleiben da keine taggleiche Folgebuchung anlag. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt, es handelt sich um 2 voneinander getrennte Wohnungen. Wir haben uns dann immer auf der Terasse... Jennifer D., 17. 2019.

Alles super gelaufen vom Anfang bis zum Schluss. Kann man mit sehr gutem Gefühl weiterempfehlen. Würde es sofort wieder buchen. Die Vermieterin hat sich ein paar Tage vorher schon gemeldet wegen der Anreise, wir konnten auch schon etwas früher ins Haus ohne Aufpreis.

The house was very nice, very well maintained and the equipment was perfect and lovingly designed in detail. The house is as described. The location is nice and quiet and yet you have a sea view from the pool. The hosts are super helpful and very friendly. We can only recommend this house and the host. It was really a wonderful vacation.

Die Villa ist ein Traum und hat alles zu bieten was man für einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die vielen sportlichen Möglichkeiten, sowie Bereiche zum entspannen und erholen es war einfach alles vorhanden. Auch die Betreuung und Kommunikation mit der Agentur ZadarVillas klappte hervorragend. Um es kurz zu machen wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen und wieder wundervolle Tage in der Villa Marta verbringen.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool, die Schildkröten und der hauseigene kleine Spielplatz sorgten dafür, dass sich auch unsere Kinder sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Besitzer sind super nett und haben uns jederzeit mit Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und Restaurants geholfen. Es gibt z. B. in der Nähe einen Bäcker mit einheimischen Backwaren, der uns von den Besitzern empfohlen wurde. Von allein hätten wir den Bäcker wahrscheinlich nicht... Stephan T, 03. 2021.

Eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser

Wir waren zu fünft in den Ferienhaus und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt,.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief reibungslos. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und der Pool war sehr sehr toll. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus ist perfekt! Tolle Ausstattung und eine Wohlfühloase in Vir. Supernette Vermieter die sehr bemüht waren und auch für kleine Unannehmlichkeiten schnell um eine Lösung bemüht waren. Kleiner Wermutstropfen....im August ist sehr viel los in Vir. Deshalb war es nachts nicht so schön ruhig wie tagsüber. Laute Musik von den Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe bis tief in die Nacht haben uns so manche Stunde Schlaf gekostet. Deshalb vergeben wir nur 4 Sterne.... Petra G., 04. 2018.

Villa mirta was amazing! So clean and comfortable for us all. Everything you needed for a wonderful holiday. Loved sitting on the terrace in the evenings and round the pool in the day! Bedrooms spacious and very comfy beds. Plenty of everything you need in the kitchen. Games room and gym was great fun. Novigrad was so pretty. Cafes and restaurants lovely, and a place to swim too! An amazing host. Doesn’t speak much English but showed good hospitality is a universal language. The host made the experience easily one of our best stays. The house, the pool, the everything!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa Blackwood verbracht. Vielen Dank den sehr herzlichen Gastgebern Sanja und Ivan. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr Willkommen und bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an sie wenden. Die Villa war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, in ruhiger Lage auf einem weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Grundstück. Wir können die Villa Blackwood uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir, 4-köpfige Familie, waren bereits das zweite Mal zu Gast. Die Lage sowie die Umgebung sind perfekt für uns geschnitten. Es gibt alle benötigten wie auch erdenklichen Möglichkeiten Vorort zur Verfügung. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Great house, amazing pool /terrace/bbq area that we used every single day. Very comfortable with more than 6 bathrooms. The view is breathtaking with a sunset guarantee. Mia, the owner, was very helpful and always quick to answer. Location is kind of remote, which was fine for us as we had cars. Note that they request a deposit of 500€ in cash. But no issues whatsoever to get it back when checking out! Can recommend to the fullest for large groups!
