Very nice house with a generous pool and a great view over the village/lake. The house was super clean and tidy when we arrived and the hoasts were friendly, flexible, and gave quick answers whenever we had questions. The only thing to improve that we could think of would be to put some more equipment for cooking in the kitchen (cutting board, sharp knives, grater etc etc). And perhaps also some different pillows for the beds to choose from since the current ones were very hard and... Martin, July 31st, 2019

I would have rated 20, but Booking only allows me to give 10:) It is a perfect, paradise-like place, where you are surrounded with green, you have a large pool only for you, huge garden (hard to say who loved it more - me, my wife, our daughter or our dog;). Quiet, for people who love nature, but still close to Rovinj and beaches. The villa is very well equipped, wi-fi with strong signal, and the outside kitchen is all you need for summer cooking:) Bike and hike routs around.

This Villa is amazing, it has all the facilities that you need. The pool is great and cleaned regularly. The Terrance with great at night too. We used the BBQ and Roman the host was kind enough to get us some coal as we didn’t have a car We went as a group of 7 and there was more than enough room. The decor is lovely and very modern. Location wise, you can’t really walk anywhere so it is a 15 minute drive into Zadar town but we had no problem getting taxis and they are cheap.... Alisha M., UK, June 6th, 2022

We spent there fantastic and unforgetable one week in the end of June. Comfort, pleasure and relax are the best words to describe our experiences. The house is big enough, fully equipped and simply beautiful. The swimmingpool has the stairs inside and the jacuzzi area which makes it safer for the kids to stay there and enjoy it all together. De villa was mooi en verzorgd. Alles aanwezig. Het zwembad was heerlijk, precies zoals de foto's. Hele gastvrije en lieve verhuurders.

Wir waren über Ostern mit 4 Freunden in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist mit Pkw sehr gut und die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Highlight ist natürlich der Whirlpool. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We stayed in Villa Lubey during the Easter break in 2025 April. The villa was clean and very cozy, well equipped, very spacious. And the view... was increadible... The host Mia was super hospitable - quick in responds and in offering aditional services or just giving information for us. All in all - me and my family (11 of us) had an amazing holiday. 2 families (8 people) have had a fantastic week in Villa Mare. Every need was catered for and there were lots of little extra touches which made all the difference. Toni is an excellent host, we can't thank him enough. The accommodation is perfect, lovely and clean and we wanted for nothing. We were very sad to leave!

Es war für uns als Familie ein sehr schöner Urlaub, das Haus ist sehr sauber gewesen und voll ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Top Vermieter immer erreichbar und alle Fragen beantwortet. Hat sich die Zeit genommen und uns die Gegend gezeigt, dank Ihm hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub, immer wieder gerne.

A great location and wonderful villa

It’s a fantastic villa in a quiet and beautiful area! Close to many cities, so a car is really needed. The house pool and lounge area is really nice! Perfect for friends and family. The only thing to take note off is that there could be a bit windy compared to in the cities, but it isnt really a big concern, so we are over all really Happy with our stay here! And the hosts is really caring!

Das Haus ist sehr neu, bietet sehr viel Platz und ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was es nicht gibt (außer Fliegengittern). Die Lage ist etwas abgeschieden, trotzdem dicht bei der Hauptstraße und auch nur 10 min vom Flughafen entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist alles in der Region Zadar problemlos zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin war ebenfalls sehr nett. Klare Empfehlung für Familien.

Wer einen gemütlichen und privaten Urlaub haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns zu jeder Zeit geholfen, wenn wir etwas benötigten. Dennoch waren sie nicht aufdringlich. Das Grundstück ist nach unserer Sicht schöner als auf den Fotos. Erholung pur, garantiert. Vila Nebesi u potpunosti opravdava svoj naziv, u njoj ćete se osjećati kao da ste u nebesima. Odmor za poželjeti, mirna oaza u prirodi s toliko popratnog sadržaja za velike i male. Domaćin iznimno ljubazan i susretljiv, a sam objekt čist i uredan. Definitivno se vraćamo ponovno, jer smo bili pretužni što smo ostali tako kratko u ovom raju!

We are impressed with this facility. The villa has everything you need. The owners have thought of every detail. A charming place, peace and quiet and luxury. Beautiful interiors and beautiful views of the entire area. The owners are wonderful people. They are always at your disposal and to help. They are not intrusive, you can spend your vacation in privacy. I can certainly recommend this property. If I visit Croatia in the future, I will definitely come to Benkowac again

Furnished to a very high standard, you have everything what you need. everything was very clean, many towels, washing machine and dryer are also available. we were completely satisfied.

Sehr nette Vermieterin. Schlüsselübergabe unproblematisch. Grundsätzlich war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Geräten die man braucht. Sehr nette Nachbarn, die hin und wieder etwas aus dem Garten rüber geben. Man ist dort fern ab vom Trubel und kann wirklich die Ruhe genießen.

Huge villa with many amenities for families. The 2nd and 3rd floor are modern, clean and comfortable but the 1st floor could do with a little refresh, particularly the bedroom and bathroom closest to the pool. The pool and hot tub were lovely and well kept. The location of the villa is great for catching a bus to Zadar, next door to a large supermarket and a short walk to a pretty beach and town. Great communication with the owner.

We had such a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful peaceful house. The house was so clean and fully equipped. Our children loved the garden with the pool and the ping pong table. In the garden there were many cosy places to relax. The hospitality of the owner was amazing. The local people in this tiny village very so nice and friendly. The location was perfect for us. We made nice day trips to Split, Zadar, an island and national parks Krka and Plitvice. We can warmly recommend this... Jussi, July 12th, 2018
