Allgemein: Komplikationslose Buchung und stets hilfsbereite Vermittlungsagentur!!! Zum Haus: Ein schönes modernes und gepflegtes Haus. Ca 15-20 Autominuten von Zadar entfernt. Mit allem was man benötigt! Klima, großer Pool, Eiswürfelmaschine, Grill, "Männerhöhle" im Keller! Ein entspannter, komplikationsloser netter Vermieter! Alles in allem. Wenn wir nochmal bei Zadar Urlaub machen sollten, dann immer wieder gerne in die Villa Descansa! Danke!

A very great place to stay. The house is amazing, spacious, lots of things to do a swimming pool, games like darts, pool billard and table tennis. The beds are great, the sleeping rooms all have a bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped, everything you need to enjoy a great holiday time. Host was nice and responsive. We (5 adults) had a great time and would definitely recommended a stay here!

Über Nachrichten wurde alles schnell für den Check In geklärt. Der Schlüssel wurde problemlos für einen kontaktlosen Check In in der Nacht hinterlegt. Es wurde für 5 Personen für die Nacht nicht etwas zu essen und zu trinken hinterlassen. Perfekt für die Ankunft nach einer längeren Anreise! Sehr nett! Auf Rückfragen wurde schnell geantwortet. An einem Tag fiel die Klimaanlage aus, eine halbe Stunde später war auch schon ein Techniker da der das ganze am selben Tag noch ins laufen brachte! Schneller Service! Da unser Flug am Abreisetag erst Abends war, konnten wir einen späteren CheckOut aus machen. Was auch garnicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir mussten auch keine Kaution hinterlegen. Der Gastgeber vertraut den Mietern sehr! Leider ging uns ein Tischtennisschläger beim Spielen kaputt, auch dies war kein Problem für den Gastgeber. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Platz/Villa in Kroatien. Der Gastgeber rundet den ganzen Urlaub ab und machte es zu einem perfekten Besuch! Vielen Dank!!!

The house is amazing, with nice view, a beautiful swimming pool and a underground with a lot of activities. The owner was super reactive and with a lot of recommendation around for restaurant and activities. it is close from Zadar and nice beach around and you will definitely enjoyed the stay and we would like to book again if we come back. A must in the vicinity

La villa est tout simplement magnifique. Très spacieuse, au calme, assez loin de la ville pour éviter les « nuisances » mais assez proche de Zadar en voiture (10-15 minutes) pour pouvoir profiter de la ville. La villa est très bien équipée (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, cafetière, sèche cheveux etc. Hôte super réactif et très arrangeant, il a répondu à toutes mes questions que je lui posais par sms quasiment instantanément. De plus, il reste très discret afin de ne pas perturber votre tranquillité. Bref nous recommandons fortement

Krásně zařízená a čistá vila se soukromím bazénem na klidném místě. Byli jsme dva páry a dvě děti a byla to překrásná dovolená! Přesně taková, jakou jsme dle fotek očekávali! Úžasné prostorné místnosti v krásné vile, s prostornou kuchyní a v každém pokoji klimatizace. Ocenili jsme toaletu na terase u venkovního posezení. Jako tip pro hostitele by jsme přidali na terasu ke krbu dřez na opláchnutí nádobí ale není třeba. Do Chorvatska jezdíme pravidelně a tohle ubytovaní uspokojí i ty nejnáročnější hosty. Tomislav byl tak laskavý a nechal nám naplněn venkovní minibar jako dárek na uvítanou. Zajistil nám i domácí olivový olej. Do 15 minut jste u moře a na výběr je mnoho pláží včetně čistě písečné pláže v Nin, kterou ocenila především naše dvouletá dcera. Ještě jednou děkujeme našemu hostiteli za krásný čas, který jsme u něj mohli strávit. Už teď se těšíme, zda nás Tomislav pohostí i příští rok.

The house was great and as pictured on Airbnb. The owner was very nice and was always available. He helped us when needed and gave recommendations. Would definetly book again! :)

We was in the house for one week and everything was absolutely perfect! The house was so beautiful and good and it was a perfect place for us to live (5 adults and one baby). The pool was stunning and the house was very clean and had everything that we needed. We got very quick and good help from the host every time we had some questions. The best house we ever have rent, we already want to come back!

A really spacious villa with everything you could need. A lovely view and chilled atmosphere around the heated pool. Hosts are very friendly and villa was spotless. Supermarket only a 75m walk, which is very convenient!

Die Unterkunft ist genau so schön wie auf den Fotos und super für Freundesgruppen geeignet. Die Aufteilung und Einrichtung ist sehr schön, der Wintergarten ist ideal für abends. Zu den Supermärkten und nach Zadar ist es nicht weit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :-)

Très bon accueil de la part de Ivan et disponible dès que l’on avait besoin. La maison est sublime, très propre et très bien équipée. Le quartier est assez calme. Très belle terrasse avec une grande piscine. Tout était parfait! Merci Ivan
