The villa deserves its 5 stars because Tomislav has been very welcoming with us and is willing to help whenever we need something and if you need some advices of where to visit, you can always ask him. The villa has plenty of space for people to stay a short or long time during the day. The swimming pool is really nice, as is the rest of the outside and of the inside. Everything was clean. There is really no bad point.

The villa was very clean with homemade food and fully prepared.  Villa is very modern with all equipment prepared, stove oven, microwave, refrigerator, TV, internet, air condition .. The hostess is very helpful and friendly. The house is beautiful and perfect for 9 people. We were there with three families in total and felt really comfortable. The house offers everything your heart desires. It is remote. It is also very centrally located, meaning you never have to travel far anywhere. We will definitely come back.

We had a very relaxed and relaxing holiday in the romantic cottage. In a few minutes we were on the beach by bike or enjoyed the large pool.

First of all, we would like to thank the owners. They were very friendly and were always available when needed. Upon arrival, we received a very friendly welcome and there was a large fruit basket and drinks in the fridge. Thank you for that. Furthermore (although it may seem insignificant) detergent for the washing machine and dishwashing liquid for the dishwasher were freely available. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Lucas Haus, das unseren Urlaub absolut perfekt machte. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool. Alles war traumhaft schön und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zum Meer oder nach Rovinj. Auch mit dem Fahrrad alles schnell zu erreichen. Superb! We wanted a luxury villa for what might be our final family holiday before our three student-age children start leaving home. Villa Mara exceeded all our expectations - we were all delighted by the house and the fact that Linda (the owner) seemed to have thought of everything. The villa is well-kept, clean and fully equipped. Outside there is a large, landscaped space with a huge, spotlessly clean swimming pool. In the evening, the yard and pool are beautifully lit, creating a great atmosphere and mood. The owner is very nice and communicative.

We came to Villa Oak around 2PM. Even it was before arrival time we were welcomed with big smile by Vesna and her family. The first impressi­on of house? Gorgeous, great, clean, with pool, big kitchen with fireplace :) With one word: awesome! We've received also welcome gift: full fridge of food: chee­s, ham, watermelons, melons, grapes, jui­ce - all delicious :) And also wine - be­st of the best.

Amazing villa which matches perfectly the ad. Enjoy the beautiful equipment in a brand new villa. The owner marko is the most sympathetic Croatian that we have met during our stay. Already in advance we contacted the owners. That went easily and it was also always answered quickly. All contact persons were always friendly and helpful. The house has a very nice, large courtyard with pool, sunbeds, lounge furniture, umbrellas, tables, chairs and a ping pong table. Everything was neat and tidy. The rooms each had enough space.
