Wir haben die Villa Petar mit 5 erwachsenen Personen besucht - ein Ehepaar und 3 Einzelpersonen. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und bieten alle Bequemlichkeiten, die man sich wünscht. Wir haben auf den Betten wunderbar geschlafen. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad, ein wirklicher Pluspunkt! We stayed for 10 fantastic days in this comfortable and beautiful villa. Quiet location within a 10 minute drive of the town of Zadar which was a lovely mix of culture, history and modern vibes. We arrived late at night at the villa and Tomislav was there to welcome us. He was helpful and easy to contact for our various needs (car hire etc). We are a family of 4 (parents and 2 teenagers) and were made to feel very welcome. Everything in the villa is new or very well maintained and views from the villa are stunning. It was a pleasant walk down the hill into the beautiful fishing village of Novigrad and we ate in the Novigrad restaurants on several evenings. Wir waren vom 15. - 29. August 2019 in diesem wundervollen Objekt in toller Lage mit 3 Familien ( 12 Personen ) . Wir haben uns in diesen 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Das ganze Haus ist in einem top Zustand. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden und wir wurden nach einer Woche Aufenthalt auch gefragt, ob wir neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher wollen. Von ddr Übdrnahme bis zur Übergsbe war alles super. Nela konnte uns für jegliches Anliegen schnell weiterhelfen. Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das grillieren hat bei diesem Grill richtig spass gemacht. Das Haus hat sämtliche Ausstattung die man sich wünschen kann. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, ruhig gelegenes, klimatisiertes Ferienhaus mit beheiztem Pool, vollständiger Außenküche und genügend Platz für 2 Erw. mit Kindern. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben an alles gedacht, was man braucht. Kommen gerne wieder.

This fantastic villa gives well needed rest after tracking in the mountains and National parks nearby. Zadar is 20 min drive away and a great place to visit and revisit.

Die beiden Häuser sind toll eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber, der Pool ist Super sowohl für Gross als auch für Klein, die Aussenanlage ist sehr gross und es fehlt an nichts, besonders ist natürlich der Service der Gastgeberin die sich von der Anreise bis zur Abreise mit ihren Team um alles gekümmert hat. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les hôtes qui nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement, Hélène et sa soeur parlant un français parfait et Marin dans un anglais également parfait. Ils sont restés en contact avec nous tout le séjour afin de nous conseiller pour des sorties, des restaurants et surtout la PEKA, plat traditionnel Croate qu'ils nous ont préparé et livré à la villa. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit mooie, schone huis met zwembad en grote tuin. Voorzien van wasmachine, oven, magnetron, vriezer. Slaapkamers met grote kasten. Zwembad heeft een douche. In het buitenhuis/bijgebouw is een buitendouche en wc en een overkapping met lange tafel met banken. Ligstoelen, schommelstoel, zitjes. Er is altijd wel een goed plekje te vinden. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Haus. Alles nötige war vorhanden, sauber und gemütlich. Der Pool war großartig und zum Strand ca 10min

Es war alles total zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Angefangen beim Check-In war alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir wurden mit einer Platte voller Köstlichkeiten zum Essen empfangen und fanden alles total sauber vor. Die Kommunikation war auf Englisch und Deutsch und sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind schön ausgestattet und die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Der Pool bzw. der ganze Außenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und hat uns unseren Aufenthalt extrem verschönert.... Traumhaft Das Haus ist ein Traum in einem ruhigen kleinen sympathischen Ort, mit allem was man zum Leben braucht! Der Blick von der tollen Terrasse aufs Meer ist wunderschön... Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und hatten 2 Hunde dabei. Der Platz war völlig ausreichend! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet sodass man sich dort gleich wohl fühlen kann. This villa is just stunning. Everything is very well thought out and the hosts have designed the perfect getaway home. Beds are super comfy, kitchen well equipped, pool and loungers are great. Linen and towels are excellent quality. This villa is the perfect location for peace and quiet holiday or a base location to explore other areas of the country. This villa has all you need. Kitchen has enough dishes and cutlery, dishwasher, washing machine, grill place, nice swimming pool. Each room has its own toliet and shower booth. Bed mattress was ok to sleep well. There is a small shop in few steps. Big market is 10 minutes to drive. Sand beach in 5 minutes walk and it was nice for playing with kids. Warm as it is and not deep at all. Owner's family is very kind and lives next door so you can get help easily. Really recommend this... Seungah H., July 31st, 2021

Every think was clean und only wow to say. 

Ivan was a very good Host. If we had a question he answered us very fast.

Also he gave us a lot of tips where we can eat good or what is near to our house what we can look.

I have nothing bad to say about the apartment and the host.

The villa was incredible, hosts were lovely, and I am very happy to recommend this villa! The rooms were perfectly sized and the outdoor area was great, we bbq’d every night!

We stayed in Villa Wave and it was beautifully decorated, the interior is gorgeous and the facilities were exceptional. The service through Zadar Villas was great, so helpful and our Rep Dino was brilliant, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We’ll be back again next year! :)

We were very satisfied with Tomislav's house, we spent a great time there. Mr. Kreso, who welcomed us with his wife and who gave us the key, was very friendly. The communication was perfect and easy. The house is well equipped, for example, the kitchen (pan and pots, glasses, oil, spices, etc) and the bathroom (a lot of towels, hairdryer). Really nice villa with perfect seating-accommodation inside and outside. Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that the equipment (fridge, kitchen, toilet, bathroom) is extraordinary. The owner of the villa is very nice and straightforward. Highest recommendation!

We had a fantastic stay in the villa which has everything you need. The hosts were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend and would definitely revisit if going back to Croatia
