it is really nice and calm place. we had private on the beach. host was so kind and hospitable. we were happy for our stay in villa and we definitely want to come again. :)

Brand new house with the huge estate, big pool and equipped with everything you need for nice vacation: full kitchen, fridge, barbecue grill, a separate bathroom for each bedroom, air conditioning. Easily fits 8-10 people. Very quiet area but still not far from Biograd or Zadar. Great and very friendly owner. 100% recommendation

We were three families living there for a week and we absolutely loved the secluded location and the house. We almost never left the house since everything you need is there. There is a really nice poolhouse with a kitchen that we used all the time. We would all strongly recommend this house to friends and others and we wouldn’t be surprised if we return next year! One detail that we really enjoyed was the games available ; the table tennis, the foosball table and the pool table.... Mikael, June 6th, 2018

We (family with teens) had a great holiday here and throughly enjoyed the peace and quiet, the location and the suburb quality of the villa. The host was exceptional and couldn't have been more helpful. Would throughly recommend this for a brilliant relaxing holiday!

Ein sehr schönes Haus mitten in einer ländlichen Idylle. Der Pool war schön groß und gepflegt. Im Haus war genug Platz für 8 Personen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr sauber.

The facilities of the villa were just fantastic. We spent so much time there because there was nothing we didn't like. The owner was also one of the coolest people I have ever met. Every day he filled the refrigerators with drinks, although that was not part of the contract. Maid made sure every day was clean and tidy. A table full of free drinks, as well as fresh, delicious fruit and a nice wine cellar, plus there were even 3 e-bikes. It was really our best holiday so far.

Ausstattung und preislich sehr gut. Im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden, würde/n diese Villa weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub in dem Haus genießen dürfen. Wir waren 9 Leute (6 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager, 1 Kind und 1 Baby) Der Pool und die Außenküche waren ein absolutes Highlight. Wir genossen die Ruhe. Der Strand Bokulja ist 10min mit dem Auto zu erreichen und auch absolut ruhig. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist 4km in Posedarje, ansonsten hat man ca 500m vom Haus entfernt einen kleinen Supermarkt. Bis nach Zadar fährt man auch nur ca.... Kristina D, August 12th, 2021

Wer einen gemütlichen und privaten Urlaub haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns zu jeder Zeit geholfen, wenn wir etwas benötigten. Dennoch waren sie nicht aufdringlich. Das Grundstück ist nach unserer Sicht schöner als auf den Fotos. Erholung pur, garantiert. We had a lovely stay at Villa Nebesi. The property is very modern and was very clean and well kept. The views are stunning and the pool warm and inviting The best feature was the location, as long as you are after peace and quiet. All you could hear was the occasional cockerel or tractor going past. That said, it was close to the sea and shops. Villa położona z dala od turystycznych szlaków. Cisza i spokój. Basen bardzo dobrze utrzymany. Możliwość zagrania w tenisa stołowego. Rowery. Do tego gospodarze dzielili się z nami warzywami z ogródka. Można też u nich kupić ekologiczną oliwę.

Villa Luma var på alle måder en positiv overraskelse og oplevelse! Huset ligger fredeligt ca. 15 min. kørsel fra Zadar centrum i en mindre landsby. Nærheden til Zadar lufthavn generer ikke. Der er kun få daglige overflyvninger. Huset er rummeligt, praktisk og med skønne ude-faciliteter: stor grill, ude-køkken med køleskab, fjernsyn, osv. Wir fanden alles so vor wie beschrieben, wenn nicht besser: Wundervolles Haus, alles funktioniert, sauberer Pool, der mehrmals wöchentlich geprüft wurde, großer Grill, Tischtennisplatte inkl. Schläger und Bälle, alle Zimmer mit AirCon, Küchenzeile mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht. Was will man mehr? Danke an Martina :-)

Perfect villa, the hosts were fantastic, thye met us at the port and drove us to the villa. We were welcomed with lovely drinks and lots of extras in the villa. The hosts were always friendly and always on hand if we needed them, they even gave us a lift to the port for our early morning ferry. The villa is very clean and has everything you could need for a perfect stay in Sali.

Very lovely and special house, inside you have a full privacy We enjoyed the pool with the sound of the crickets! The owners were very nice, they even prepared a meal when we arrived, brought us breakfast, and some local fresh vegetables and fruits from their own garden! we will certainly go back!

Das Jaus ist genau wie beschrieben. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in diesem Objekt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Man kann sich jeder Zeit an sie wenden und nach guten Tipps fragen. Danke für den tollen Urlaub und einer so tollen Villa.

Schönes, strandnahes und ruhig gelegenes Haus mit großem Garten und Pool, der eine Superalternative bzw. schöne Ergänzung zum Baden im Meer war.
