Meine Freunde und ich haben uns für eine Woche in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus in der nähe von Benkovac eingemietet und können das Haus jedem weiterempfehlen. Sowohl Anreise als auch Schlüssel-Übergabe verliefen problemlos. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche Leute und standen uns für all unsere Fragen gerne zur Verfügung. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Alles perfekt, super sauber und gepflegt, top ausgestattet. Sehr netter Empfang mit kroatischen Spezialitäten. Toller Spielplatz und Spielsachen für Kinder. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Torte!

The accommodation is beautiful, as it is. The pool, the open-air kitchen with a large communal area, everything you need to have a good time. The first floor is available to guests with 3 rooms, and there are 2 more rooms in the separate building. We were greeted with chilled soft drinks and fruit upon arrival, and we also received a gift upon departure. There is a supermarket next door, and the beach is also easily accessible. Everything was great.

A very nice house in the middle of a rural idyll. The pool was a good size and well maintained. There was enough space in the house for 8 people. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean.

Very comfortable villa located in a small village around 20km from Zadar. The owners meet us at the villa shortly after we landed at Zadar Airport, and communication with them was straight forward. They showed us around the villa and explained how everything worked. The villa was immaculately clean, very spacious, with plenty of everything you need, and comfortably sleeps 6. Cozy house, the furnishings correspond to the photos. The area and the house are very lovingly laid out. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach from Biograd. In Benkovac there are several supermarkets.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. 9 Tage pure Erholung. Der Strand war nur 10 Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus war wundervoll. Die Kinder hatten Spaß. Es war einfach super. Was praktisch ist , ist das das Haus so zu sagen aus zwei Wohnungen besteht. Zweite Wohnung ist durch eine Außentreppe zu erreichen. Dies hat für beide Familien für einen privaten Bereich gesorgt und trotzdem isst man dann gemeinsam auf der Terrasse. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, immer zu erreichen und... Sarah, August 1st, 2023

Let me start by saying that we never had such a lovely stay in a house we rented online!
We literally felt at home immediately.

Ivana and Blaž make you feel right at home with a warm welcome with home-made bread, tapas and desserts, delicious!

Everything was available in the house. The owners are nearby and were always pleased to assist us during our stay. The swimming pool is very nice and clean and is periodically checked.

Tout d’abord la villa est encore plus jolie en réalité qu’en photo. Confortable et très bien aménagée, elle loge sans problèmes 9 personnes. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces, détails de décoration et surtout belle et’grande piscine. Das Haus ist perfekt! Tolle Ausstattung und eine Wohlfühloase in Vir. Supernette Vermieter die sehr bemüht waren und auch für kleine Unannehmlichkeiten schnell um eine Lösung bemüht waren. Kleiner Wermutstropfen....im August ist sehr viel los in Vir. Deshalb war es nachts nicht so schön ruhig wie tagsüber. Laute Musik von den Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe bis tief in die Nacht haben uns so manche Stunde Schlaf gekostet. Deshalb vergeben wir nur 4 Sterne.... Petra G., August 4th, 2018

Great place in a good location -a few metres from the beach, lovely pool in a lovely garden, two independent apartments with everything you could possibly need. Day trips and bike hire etc available locally but make sure you book as they fill up fast. Would definitely recommend the villa as a great place to stay, comfortable, spacious and well equipped.

Bereits die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief leicht & sehr freundlich. Das Haus hat einen gehobenen Standard, ist fast vollständig (außer WCs & Küchen) klimatisiert & Tomislav, der Eigentümer, immer zur Stelle bzw. mit wertvollen Tipps für Insider Lokale perfekt. Wer es mag, abseits des Trubels, (der aber nur 4 km entfernt ist), einen wirklich erholsamen Urlaub, mit sauberem & großem Pool, in einem geschichtsträchtigem & liebevoll... We were three families living there for a week and we absolutely loved the secluded location and the house. We almost never left the house since everything you need is there. There is a really nice poolhouse with a kitchen that we used all the time. We would all strongly recommend this house to friends and others and we wouldn’t be surprised if we return next year! Brand new house with the huge estate, big pool and equipped with everything you need for nice vacation: full kitchen, fridge, barbecue grill, a separate bathroom for each bedroom, air conditioning. Easily fits 8-10 people. Very quiet area but still not far from Biograd or Zadar. Great and very friendly owner. 100% recommendation

Wir waren wirklich begeistert! Neben den tollen Sportmöglichkeiten mit Tennisplatz (Kunstrasen), Basketballkorb, Tischtennisplatte, Fitnessstudio im Freien und einem tollen Pool gibt es geschmackvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer und einen riesigen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esszimmer. Es ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und immer ansprechbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir waren in der Hochsaison da, so dass man in Restaurants in den umliegenden... Schitterende plaats, alle rust en ruimte. Iedere dag werd het zwembad schoongemaakt, zeer hartelijke eigenaren! Ze hebben regelmatig wat meegenomen, zoals watermeloen, groenten uit de tuin, chocolade voor de kids, zelfs een barbecue verzorgd, die zij bekostigden! This villa was really perfect, me and my friends spend there a week and everything was great. The pool was clean and warm, and jacuzzi was the best think. Rooms were beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also the host was very friendly and helpful, he gave us a lot of recommendations.

The villa was very clean with homemade food and fully prepared.  Villa is very modern with all equipment prepared, stove oven, microwave, refrigerator, TV, internet, air condition .. Etc and everything you need.  Swimming pool was very clean with a filter, also was table tennis and grill in Garden and much more.  The location of this villa is very nice.  What was very important the owner of the villa was full friendly and uncomplicated, very nice contact and also he was... Es war für uns als Familie ein sehr schöner Urlaub, das Haus ist sehr sauber gewesen und voll ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Top Vermieter immer erreichbar und alle Fragen beantwortet. Hat sich die Zeit genommen und uns die Gegend gezeigt, dank Ihm hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub, immer wieder gerne.
