We had an amazing time at the Vila. Everything was just perfect. The location is quite and peaceful and you can go for beautiful walks. There is also a small supermarket in walking distance where you can get everything you need for a nice breakfast. Maria was super kind and the communication was easy. Wir fanden ein sehr wunderschönes in ruhiger Lage gelegenes Haus vor. Empfangen wurden wir von ganz lieben und sehr gastfreundlichen Eigentümern. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der top gepflegte Pool war genau die richtige Abkühlung zu jeder Zeit. Rundum ein tolles Erlebnis von wo wir ein bisschen Kroatien kernen lernen durften.

Erg mooie villa. Veilig. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Lekker zwembad en de tennisbaan is ook leuk. We zijn er met z'n 5-en een week geweest. Heerlijke tijd gehad. Auto is wel nodig.

This fantastic villa gives well needed rest after tracking in the mountains and National parks nearby. Zadar is 20 min drive away and a great place to visit and revisit.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Nebesi. The property is very modern and was very clean and well kept. The views are stunning and the pool warm and inviting The best feature was the location, as long as you are after peace and quiet. All you could hear was the occasional cockerel or tractor going past. That said, it was close to the sea and shops. The villa is great. A mit of Space and Highlight is the entertainment floor and wellness area. You can easily spend a day there during cloudy days. BBQ area is also spacious and nice.

One less attractive thing is the location. The town itself has nothing to mention and it’s really in the countryside, so 30-40 mins driving to the nearest sea. Vriendelijke ontvangst bij aankomst. Een fijne ruime woning met voor en achter een terras en een zwembad. Goede locatie voor uitstapjes naar Zadar, Trogir en Split en nationaal park Krka.

Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Wir wurden nie gestört. Wir hatten viel Platz. Wir teilten uns 3 Etagen zu 9. Die Anlage war neu und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Es entsprach den Bildern!

Kada smo tražili kuću za odmor ove godine, obratili smo se agenciji Zadarvillas s kojima smo već ljetovali. Preporučena nam je Villa Zizi u Vrsima kao baš posebna. I moram istaknuti da zaista je posebna. Vila se nalazi na malo izdvojenoj lokaciji, ali opet u neposrednoj blizini svega što vam je potrebno. Budući da ne volimo gužvu i pretrpane plaže u samom centru nekog mjesta, ova lokacija se pokazala kao pun pogodak. Istražili smo sve moguće uvale okrenute Velebitu i... Our stay in Villa Blue Sky was very nice and everything was perfect! The landlords are very nice and accommodating! the villa is best equipped and very comfortable, moreover it is only a few minutes walk from the beach!

Sehr schönes Haus, Pool und Gartenanlage in der man sich ungestört fühlt und fast uneinsehbar wohlfühlen kann. Przepiękna nowoczesna willa z basenem i tarasem z jacuzzi na dachu. Pokoje wygodne i super wyposażone, super salony gdzie można spędzać czas, wspólnie gotować czy jeść posiłki. Na tarasach miejsce dla wszystkich. Super spędziliśmy tam czas, a Pani Właścicielka jest przecudowna i przemiła osoba.

Servizi e confort della villa, dotata di ogni attrezzatura x cucinare e x tante persone nelle 3 cucine grandi anche esterne, con forno a legna e barbecue esterni, adatta nel nostro caso a famiglie di amici con diversi spazi e piscina, ad uso comune e camere e servizi separati. Situazione di relax immersi nella campagna sperduta a 15-20 minuti da Zara e comunque vicina anche all autostrada per visitare altre localita. Wir haben es sehr genossen, dass das Haus über zwei separate Stockwerke mit eigenem Zugang verfügt. So konnten unsere jüngeren (aber doch schon selbständigen und freiheitsliebenden) Familienmitglieder ihren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen geniessen… und wir auch! Ein tolles Haus an toller Lage!

A lovely house in the peaceful countryside 15-20 minutes outside of Zadar. You are surrounded by grapes vines and olive trees, and the outdoor space inlcudes a ping pong table, bocce, and best of all a pool. Small supermarkets are within a 5 minutes drive. Watch out for sheep on the roads! The host and her family made us feel very welcome. Dont miss the opportunity to taste their wine.

Our group of ten had a great time at Villa Tereza in Prkos. Marija and her husband, are both very friendly people and great hosts, that welcomed us warmly upon our arrival. They were open to help us anytime with questions about the villa or the local area (e.g. where to shop groceries or where the nearest beach is). The villa itself is very well refurbished and clean. We had a pleasure to stay at this Home. Tomislav is a great host. He told us the good Restaurants of the City and was always available for us. We didn't contact him a lot, because the place was great and everything went fine.
